Planning & co-ordination with Product design, Machine shop, Sub-contractors, Tools assembly & Quality assurance departments for ON TIME launch of tools;
Execution of all operations with excellent teamwork and no compromise on established ISO:9001: QMS requirements Experience Required :
15 years hands on experience in a well-equipped tool room environment with latest S/W & should have worked as Dy. Manager / Manager for at least 5 years in a commercial tool room with tool design & manufacturing background.
Sound knowledge on ISO:9001: QMS requirements for tool design & Manufacturing.
Sound knowledge and work experience in ERP operating system environment like Oracle / SAP. Essential Skill Sets :
Ability to Design mass production tools required for leak proof aluminum high pressure die castings & gravity die castings, Engineering plastic components, sheet metal components;
Ability to co-ordinate with Tool Manufacturing for ON TIME launch of tools and Right First Time & Every Time;
Sound knowledge on various Engineering materials, Heat treatment & Surface treatment;
Cost estimation of tools & Budgetary planning;
Focus on KAIZEN & Lean Tools for lean Management of tool design and manufacturing. Note:
BE (Mech) with PG Diploma in Tool Design & Manufacturing from premier Institutions like NTTF,CIPET, GKDITR
